Vietnamese Virgin and Raw Hair: Sourced from Vietnam, often from rural donors, and is known for its natural quality. Virgin hair is minimally processed while raw hair is unprocessed.
Indonesian Raw Hair: Collected from Indonesia, particularly from donors with naturally thicker and coarser hair textures.
What is the difference between Vietnamese Virgin Hair and Indonesian Raw Hair?
Texture:
Vietnamese Virgin Hair: Known for its smooth, silky texture. The strands are typically straight or have a slight wave and are thinner compared to other types of raw hair.
Indonesian Raw Hair: This hair is thicker, coarser, and has more volume than Vietnamese hair. It tends to hold curls better and is more resilient to styling.
Processing:
Vietnamese Virgin Hair: It’s considered "virgin" because it hasn’t been chemically treated, which means the cuticles are intact and aligned in one direction, offering a smooth finish.
Indonesian Raw Hair: It is "raw" because it hasn’t undergone any processing either, retaining its natural texture and strength. Raw hair is usually thicker than virgin hair and has more natural movement.

At the moment, we don't have that option.

Virgin hair is 1-3 years and raw hair is between 5-10 years with good hair care, of course.
How do I apply hair extensions or a wig at home?

The frequency of replacing hair extensions or wigs depends on several factors including how often you wear it and how well you maintain it. On a lighter note, replace your wig as often as your budget allows it. A girl can never have enough wigs.
Do you offer any styling or customisation services?
Not at the moment.
How can I be sure of the hair’s authenticity and quality?
We go to the hair suppliers in Vietnam and Indonesia to check the quality and authenticity of the hair before we make a purchase. We buy sample hair and try it out first before we put it out in the market.
What if I need help choosing the right product?
You can always send a DM or email, and we will gladly assist you.
Can I track my order once it's placed?
Yes, you can. After your order has been made from our website, we will send you an email, followed by a tracking number once your order has been received by our courier.
What shipping options do you offer?
Orders are sent via PEP stores.
How can I return or exchange my purchase?
Unfortunately, due to hygiene maintenance, we don't have a return policy unless the hair is badly damaged. If the latter, we will replace the hair.
