To qualify, items must be returned in their original condition:

•Lace must remain uncut
•Wig must be unaltered
•Wig must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
•Returned in original packaging

We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these standards.

In the rare event that our product has a fault, we will gladly fix the product or provide an exchange if reported and returned to us within 7 days.
