Care Instructions
Care Instructions
- Apply heat protectant before
applying heat on your wig. - Use a satin bonnet to protect your wig at night.
- Wash and condition as often as required to avoid product build up. Leave the hair to air dry outside and avoid the use of extreme heat.
- Keep your hair moisturised; dry hair may cause shedding.
- Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.
- Apply conditioner, comb through with a wide tooth comb, starting with the ends working your way up your scalp.
- Excessive heat and alcohol-based products may dry your hair.
Shipping and order processing:
- Your order will be processed within 3 to 5 business days. Processing of orders take 7-14 working days during a sale and 3-5 working days when there is no sale. It takes a further 3-5 working days to be delivered to you
- No shipping is done on the weekends or holidays. All orders including those who have ordered with overnight shipping that is received over the weekend will be processed and shipped the following business day.

- Unless otherwise provided, Our Company shall use its judgment in determining carrier and routing. In either case, Our Company shall not be liable for any delays or excessive transportation charges resulting from its selection.
